They are detailed and contractor-friendly but not permit-ready stamped construction documents. Check with your local building department for permit requirements.

In our experience contractors are happy to work from clear professional drawings — it makes their job easier. If a contractor tells you they can't work from a professional drawing set that's worth a conversation about whether they're the right contractor for your project.

Every package includes two rounds of revisions. We take the intake process seriously — the more detail you give us upfront the better the first delivery will be. Requests outside original project scope will be quoted separately.

AI is great for exploring ideas and generating inspiration. What AI can't do is tell you whether your layout violates code, whether your contractor can actually build what you've drawn, or whether that tile pattern will look completely different at scale in a real room. That judgment comes from years of designing and building real spaces — and that's exactly what we bring.

We focus exclusively on residential remodels and renovations. New construction involves structural and engineering documentation that falls outside our scope. If you're remodeling — whether a single room or whole-home renovation — you're in the right place.

Because our work is custom and begins immediately upon receipt of your intake form we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you purchase a package and have not yet submitted your intake form we'll issue a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
